Free delivery with Royal Mail 2nd class 2-3 working days once posted.
Upgrade option Royal Mail 1st class 1-2 working days once posted.
As always we will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. You will be notified if there is a delay in your order.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

Unfortunately no one is perfect and sometimes orders can get lost on the way to their new home. But fear not we operate on a 30 day delivery policy. Meaning if your order isn't with you within that time we will happily offer you a refund (excluding delivery fee if paid) or we will resend your order(stock depending), whichever you are happiest with.
We stick to the 30 day rule to give our adventuring friends over at Royal Mail the benefit of the doubt. As orders sometimes get misplaced but then found or are held up by delays beyond our control.
